Orders placed on this site are a contract between you and Lamegos - Wishaw. You can reach the shop on 01698 760203.

Prices and payment

Prices shown include VAT where it applies. The total shown at checkout — items, any delivery charge and any service charge — is the amount you pay. An order is accepted when the shop confirms it, not when it is submitted.

Cancellations and refunds

Food prepared to order is exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If an order is wrong, missing items, or not of satisfactory quality, contact the shop and it will be put right — that right is not affected by anything on this page.

Age-restricted items

Where a shop sells alcohol, tobacco or other age-restricted goods, proof of age is required on handover and the order may be refused without it.

Allergens

Allergen information is provided by the shop. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, speak to the shop before ordering — food is prepared in kitchens that handle allergens and cross-contamination cannot be ruled out.
