What is collected, and why

To take and fulfil an order the shop collects your name, a contact phone number or email address, a delivery address when the order is delivered, what you ordered, and whether it has been paid for. Card payments are handled by the shop's payment provider and the card number is never stored on this site.

How long it is kept

Order and payment records are kept for as long as UK tax and accounting law requires. Account details are kept until you ask for the account to be closed.
